7 tips to feel good every day!

March celebrates Women. This day is an opportunity for us to remind you how important you are to us. As Gisele Delorme rightly said, “Every woman is unique, and to be beautiful, she must feel good”. But how can you flourish on a daily basis and escape from this famous stress? Discover our 7 tips to feel better every day!

Enjoy the moment

Busy and stressed, you have the feeling of living in an emergency without taking the time to appreciate the little moments of happiness that are available to you. Why don’t you take the time to catch your breath? Slowing down allows you to appropriate the moment, to take care of others and yourself.

Set objectives

Learning to set goals allows you to be in an active process where you can give meaning to your life. Achieving goals that we have set for ourselves gives us personal satisfaction and increased self-esteem. Self-esteem is an essential element in personal development and growth. Prioritizing the different components of your life (work, well-being, travel, etc.) will help you to see more clearly. This will allow you to refocus on what really matters to you.

Get enough sleep

Sleep 8 hours a night, or more if necessary. Lack of sleep affects your mental and physical health and therefore your personal development. Getting enough sleep is therefore absolutely essential. You will be ready to start a new day in complete serenity!

Playing sports

Doing activities to decompress is ideal when you know that you spend an average of more than 38 hours a week at work. It is well known that playing sports provides general well-being, both physical and mental. Because of the secretion of hormones such as endorphin, which generates a real feeling of pleasure, sometimes even euphoria, the practice of sport can only be beneficial to you!

Eat a healthy diet

What if eating healthy was the beginning of happiness? Beyond the simple pleasure of eating and sharing good moments, your plate can also contribute to improve your mood. By consuming foods that stimulate the production of serotonin, the happiness hormone. Serotonin is produced by our brain from an amino acid called tryptophan. This amino acid is found in whole grain rice, legumes, nuts and seeds, bananas but also dark chocolate! (one more reason to treat yourself)

Knowing how to let go

Because it is easy to fall into a routine where you forget yourself, it is essential to listen to your body but also to your mind. Relax and put it in perspective. Everything can wait. Taking time for yourself is the key to your development and well-being. Allow yourself 1 hour a day to take care of yourself with activities that make you happy: take a bath with scented candles, listen to your favorite music… everything is allowed!

See things positively

After a bad day, lie down, breathe and focus on the positive elements of your day, even the smallest ones, and relax. Your morale will vary depending on how you approach each situation. Don’t go negative, draw the positive from each experience and keep smiling.
